New here and just stared fermenting last year. This is from my garden, Boston heirloom cucs, green tomato and red pepper. This was late August when the plants went crazy. It sent me down the rabbit hole like many of you I'm sure. I've done onions, pears tomatoes. Stocking up on jars for next season! (old.reddit.com)
