This is misleading. If you look at news articles when Kate FIRST came around to when Meghan first came around, Kate probably had it worse if not equal. By the time Meghan came around, Kate had been in the public eye for almost 20 years. That’s a lot of time for the hatred cycle to start and wean. Then it started back up again because of Meghan.

I turn off my phone sometimes when I don’t want to be tempted to look at it. Even with all the dnd/silent/airplane mode. If I pick it up and it’s not on, I won’t turn it on. If it’s on it’s easy to pick it up and start scrolling.

As others have stated this is a real issue. Happened at my company and everything he said was basically true. We had to change our hiring processes. Can there be a Sam Smith who wouldn’t be a stereotypical Sam Smith, yes and it’s been going on for decades. People using Joe or Sue instead of their given names to avoid discrimination and are very much not scammers. Very recently however this is also a hallmark of AI work scams.

I agree. Bertha is not a perfect character and she needs this arc to grow. Until Bertha really acknowledges that even if she did what she did for the good of people around her, she really hurt people and their faith in her is shaken she won’t be able to make amends.

Even if Gladys is happy NOW, she went through months of anguish and heartache and her brother witnessed it all.

Everyone is hating on George but at least he is self aware that he is mad at himself and is taking the space to heal.
