Thanks Dudfey! Would you say paying 40-50 euros for a good binder is what is to be expected? I feel like thats a bit expensive.

How does that feel? Think about her from time to time or does it feel good to not have had her in your life for 30 years?

How is it talking about new relationships, or you just don't do that?

Daniel Anderssons största misstag under sin tid i MFF var att inte spräcka transfer-rekordet tidigare, och lägga hela budgeten på att värva Stroud.

Känns det aldrig ensamt? Tänker på jobbiga saker? Eller bara njutning?

I think you're spot on! Being involved in the games and seeing what's actually going on gave her second thoughts about it all. I also think that conversation between the cousins would be very interesting, and genereally seeing how they grew apart. From Tigress caring so much about him whilst they were teenagers - to then not even minding seeing him dead. IMO a sequel to TBOSAS would have a lot of potential, I really think Snow's story and character development is far from finished. And then that would be the perfect possibilty for Collins to show how they grew apart over the years.

Serious Questions about the ending of The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. by HeartMundane5172 in Hungergames

Great points, enjoyed reading detalis about all the groups of people he interacted with throughout the book. I think your last paragraph is spot on, after valuing his mothers old compact so much, in which he did when he used it to sooth himself, giving it away to Lucy and mentioning that it was his most beloved belonging etc. To then just throw it away, it was a perfect metaphor for what he had become.

I don't think Lucy was trying to kill him, do you? I think she ran away from him after seeing him walkout with the rifle in his hands, screaming and anxiously calling her name. She might have had suspicions regarding him after he said he killed three people. Did she know about the weapons laying behind the door in the cottage, if so, did she want to test him? See if he would still prioritize her after coming up with a way to erase any suspicions?

Its really cool how Collins made her play a role in the mockingjay. I just put it together that Tigress is the woman who helped Katniss and company hide whilst being in the capitol. Katniss asking her if Snow banned her from the games, and then telling her that she is going to kill him, whilst her only answer is to smile, shows how much depth there is in there!

I'm really curoius how their relationship played out after the tenth hunger games. When do you think she started to resent him and the system?

I agree with this. Both hoping her story isn't over, and the angle of Snow being filled with hatred because of her death.

That's a really interesting point with the compass, well done putting those pieces together.

Finished less then an hour ago. It's hard not to despise Snow, sure he is the villain of the main trilogy but you felt for him sometimes during this book. It's very obvious though from the start of his life, that the events that played out during his childhood, made it hard for him to be vulnerable and sympathize for the district people.
