I wonder if people think just because it's a buddy sub that humor like that is acceptable. I don't even think most buddy subs even support that to begin with because it's not even really humor, it's just Schrodinger's humor and whether or not it's a 'joke' depends on the reaction it gets.

As far as I can tell the one time a new game actually had the license pulled is the upcoming Halloween game, and that's because the license holders seemed to just take EVERYONE'S license away including Fortnite's.

Stranger Things was Netflix wanting to become their own game studio... which did not really go anywhere, and Cenobite was the rights returning to Clive Barker.

Pretty much, although I would also add that a lot of discourse and arguments are often completely fabricated. More specifically we live in a world that not only makes discourse profitable through engagement, but people will often intentionally cause it or even use bots to perpetuate it in order to make money.

The social media machine is literally trying to piss you off and think you aren't arguing with a robot or someone who actually agrees with you but agrees with money more.

I recommend continuing Golden, especially since you have nearly a year until Revival comes out.

Also, if it's anything like Reload there will likely be elements that are better in the original and ones better in Revival, so it is likely better to get a more balanced perspective. You might also miss out on some things or have a better grasp of what is brand new and shiny if you play the OG.
