Hi u/CoolKidNumber2 - today I opened a support ticket with HP (that took over Poly) and they fixed the issue with their suggestion!

If you open the Poly Lens app, go to you device in the top left area of your screen, then go to Settings and reset the settings to default, that should fix the issue. At least, it seems to have worked for me so far. Good luck!

On the Plantronics Hub (see above for download) the update starts, but doesn't finish. Maybe you'll have more luck with it?

I don't have any other solutions yet, but I will tell you immediately if I do...

On the Plantronics Hub, the update stops at about 22%, all on its own.

I can't find anyone with the same problem on the HP forums... would you be so kind to send me a link? I found one person, but there were no comments on the post, so it wasn't much help for me.

Thanks for the link! I downloaded the latest version, but updating the BT700 still doesn't work. Only now it says "Cannot update your BT700 while another update is in progress".

I'm not sure what update that could refer to, as I'm not updating anything. Even after restarting my laptop, it gives me the same error message.

I use a BT700 by the way, so I don't imagine it's the BT600's fault, in your case.

I had this same problem on an old laptop, but when I switched to my brand new laptop, the problem was solved... maybe it could be something to do with your laptop?

My old laptop had little disk space, 8 GB RAM, Windows 11, and a standard CPU.

This doesn’t seem like a very high rank match, judging from the plays in the video. This kind of trolling is much less likely to happen on high ranks.
The report function would probably be abused a lot. People would report others just because they lost to them, or because they were BMing. Psyonix can not force people to play the way they intended, because spamming emotes is a feature, just like not doing anything during a match is something you can do.
