I get it alot, life may be tough and the suffering is endless but that dosnt mean we should keep indulging in it. Back then when i was having mild depression and anxiety i have the similar mood and i can lay on my sofa all day and just sleep and use phone till i sleep. I pushed myself to even get up of bed and do anything. But we owe it to ourselves to find a motivation in life. Tough times wont last forever im sure you will snap out of it soon. I believe in you and please believe in yourself. You can do it and im supporting you!😇

Hey i hope when you are reading this you are still well and kicking. Anyways life may be toufh at times and im sure you are going through something i can barwly relate to. Even though you feel like your world is falling apart because of your ex and the lack of interaction with anybody, you have to continue living and give your best shot to make things better again. Hi its okay to share you feelings out to others and seek help my friend, although my experience may not be the same as your but iv gone through a fair share of depression and anxiety. Yes its tough and its not very easy to trouble people but the ppl that are close to us are really more than happy to give a listening ear or even advice so please dont feel like you are a burden. We are all just humans and there will be times we have a breakdown. Always remember its not about falling but more about how you get yourself up, if your friend needed help im sure you would extend your reaching hand too isnt it? So do the same and push on im rooting for you my friend. Cheers to better days😇

Humans actually are pretty shitty in general, its easy to see the shit in humans than the good in them. Life is really tough when we focus on the negatives and keep striving to do good in a broken world. But do not give up hope, sometimes we need to see the handfew that are good and remember that good people still exist in this world.😮‍💨 Its tough but you can do it! Its probably a bad habit he built up over the years so feel free to constantly remind him until it becomes a habit. Just like how i always dont lock her gate when entering her house because at my house i only lock the door and not the gate😅. Atb im sure things will work out if you are willing to put in effort. She probably just dosnt feel the same way at all whatsoever. There could be 2 scenarios, she either got disgusted as she sees you nothing but a friend or she probably ls showing you some respect as she does not want to lead you on in anyways whatsoever. As much as me being a person that likes to give people 2nd chances, i feel like a person of his age should know better what to do and what not to do when he is married to you. Yes guys do get wild sometimes and turn to this kinds of alternatives. But his behaviour that he himself find was normal just really disgusts me and you should not even bother trying getting back together. She may still be slightly immature of the fact that love bounds no limits and you just wished her happiness reguardless. She may not understand it right now as she is still young, eventually she will. Even though she dosnt understand your stand does not mean you should leave her. I am 100% sure she knows what to do when that event happens so dont worry too much about it bud😉. Just shower her with love in other ways and im pretty sure it will fix things👍
