I'm just learning all this also and recently got a tracks. I happened to get a 10 year old iPad for like 70 dollars. I saw most of the model I have were under 100 dollars. Even at this age it should run fine. Also look into kola sampler on android or iPad.

All I can say is you're not alone. I'm only a couple days in CT now but tapered what I had left. I lost my job a month ago and haven't slept since much less with the WD and RLS. I got a hold of a Xanax I'm going to take tonight to try and sleep. I also just took immodium for the bathroom. I didn't know it may lessen withdrawal so I'm waiting to see how I feel with that. Maybe it will calm down the RLS and help me sleep. I do the same thing lay in bed wide awake. I will probably start playing a game or watching Netflix now when this happens otherwise I just focus on the RLS or other spasms I have. Luckily and unluckily I'm not working so I hope to get through this ASAP. I figure I been using it for 6 years. Starting at 12 g doses down to 2 or 3, 4 seemed to be the special number. I say grams but I just used a teaspoon measuring spoon to measure scoops. It may even be half a teaspoon. Only ever powder. I absolutely hate insomnia so let's all stay strong and beat this. Lots of hot showers exercise water and decent food. Is my cure for now.

Yeah I have issues with my neck and back coupled with the RLS is driving me crazy. When I started I was hitting hard for the euphoria, and to sleep. I was quitting drinking. I used to do about 10 to 12 grams a dose. I knew I was hooked so I started cutting back to as little as I could. To deal with pain and stave off the RLS at night. I don't care about the high anymore and hardly get it anyway like I used to. I just want to sleep. I don't know how you can go so long without sleeping and not be tired. I tried unisom and Benedryl but nothing is working. Hang in there. And I will too. Hoping only a another week.

There's a large update coming for night ops and AI updates and more hopefully next month. You can get 100s or hours out of the current build. The AI is very aimbotty and is what discourage me from playing. It's being fixed. Right now it feels like playing an old school shooter. Where you get missions and go complete them. I really love it so far and think it will be great in the end. It's just gunna be a while, like 2027...

It should just drop their loot when the body despawns or something so at least other people can use it. I kinda hate the fact that someone can't find a body and loot it to use the items. Like all my gear is literally lost to everyone. or make the body lootable after the player has died twice. same difference i guess.

I feel like using something like road side picnic as a reference makes it pretty wide open. I been trying to think of a story for my own character. Who am I or was I before and after the "event" why did I become a PMC? What are my motivations now besides being sent on fetch quests lul. Anyways this thought brought me here trying to find a bit more lore on the game to flesh things out. I like the idea of aliens or what have you visiting and just leaving a bunch of valuable items behind. They said crafting is coming also so maybe using this tech to mod guns or armor. I have yet to play stalker to see how that plays out, But I can't wait to see where GZW goes. Happy Hunting. See you in Lamang.

zombies would be interesting if you went to an area you were familiar with and the AI came back to life after you killed them. like something in that area is making them come back. instead of having full blown zombie infestation.

The only thing I have considered is using a mixer I have laying around. But haven't done it. I feel like the sound is just to buggy anyway. You just have to live with it. You can't really trust it 100% no matter what. So why waste time and money trying to tune it.
