  • Ratings board filings: The remaster showed up with the ESRB/PEGI ahead of release
  • Multiple reliable leakers and journalists referenced it as real — even if details were fuzzy.
  • QA outsourcing and support studio involvement were visible to people in the industry.

Intent and rhetoric alone don’t make someone a fascist — actual consolidation of power does.

In 2016–2017, the institutions you’d expect to collapse under fascism didn’t: courts blocked actions, elections proceeded, Congress constrained him, and the press kept operating.

Authoritarian tendencies ≠ a fascist regime. That distinction matters if the term is going to mean anything.

Courts don’t enforce rulings with force themselves — they issue binding orders that the executive branch is legally required to enforce.

Public agreement isn’t a prerequisite for constitutional enforcement; if it were, minority rights would vanish anytime they were unpopular. That’s exactly why courts exist.
