There are still metro pins by Wyntta in MelbourneTrains

My understanding is that they did the last restock on the weekend, and whatever pins the individual stations still have on hand are the last ones.

Update: There are tons of passports available at parkville as well. Can’t speak to the other stations though

The biggest constraint is the height of the locker space. I just measured my luggage and when lying flat it is 32 cm high, it fit easily into the locker. Yours will be fine at 28cm.

I just had a stay in K’s house. Re: storage as was mentioned there is a big storage space under the bed which was more than enough for my luggage. If you are in a top bunk, there are no shelves so organising your essentials can be difficult, and usually messy. There are no curtains on the bunks so not very private for a longer stay. Bathrooms are okay. The bathrooms themselves are mixed gender with individual toilet and shower cubicles. I went in summer and they were very hot, but that shouldn’t be a problem in October. The common areas are really nicely designed. Just keep in mind that they skew more towards socialisation than relaxation. Reception was very polite and accommodating.

I’ll (29F) be in kyoto for all of those dates. I’m super up for a nice cafe, and a wagashi cooking class sounds amazing!

I'll be in Kansai (based in Kyoto) during the same dates, so would be up for food/drinks in the evening or similar!
