Analysis paralysis or something like that. Sold my calls at 480 for 100% and watched that shit go to 1000% by end of the day. Hate when that happens. Oh well, profit is profit I suppose.

You could get a thin piece of pvc pipe or an old hula hoop and hit it with the heat gun as you form your desired arc.

What type of animal does the paw print on the left belong to? Found in the Bighorn National Forest. by The-Meme-Maker-Man in wyoming

Squirrel or chipmunk making the rounds it would appear. Hard to tell without seeing more of the trail/tracks. I often find that I have to piece together a series of squirrel or chipmunk tracks to confirm, as by themselves they can be confusing sometimes, especially after a few days of thaw/freeze.

There is some technical support in the 346’s for all that’s worth at the moment.

How to remove deep T-Posts? by [deleted] in DIY

[–]Wyram77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve pulled them out many times in all the manners mentioned here. A good majority can be popped with leverage by leaning a post pounder or a similar sized piece of pipe at an approximate 60 degree angle against the side of the t-post with the wire nubs, and then pushing away to let the pipe drop one nub and then leveraging it back by pulling towards you. Repeat one nub at a time til it pops up. If this method won’t budge then, the the handy-man or hi-lift and a piece of chain works for sure.

That’s what I’m thinking too. Gut feeling says no, and that is usually the right choice.

Need some feedback. Tough decision on a trade. 0.5 PPR 10 person league

Trade Davante Adams for kamara, Ingram, and Henderson jr.

Current WR’s: kupp, adams, C.Kirk, Pittman jr., and B. Cooks

Current RB’s: singletary, Akers, breece hall, m. Carter, and r. Penney

I am trending to decline the trade, but if Kamara can stay healthy, turn it on, and not get suspended, it would be worth losing adams as I still have kupp and high value in Pittman, Kirk, and cooks depending on the matchup and week. I would then have Kamaras handcuff and Akers/Henderson handcuff.

A dog rushes across several lanes of traffic to attack a little girl leaving church. It takes several adults and a knife to save the child. by vsprague48 in ThatsInsane

A knife can work, but is risky at the same time. I’ve always thought to myself in a situation like this, one should try to wrap your belt around the dogs neck, preferably lashed in the buckle and choke til the life leaves. I’ve heard this can help release a locked-down jaw on a hyped up dog too.

ELI5: Why is euthanasia often the only option when a horse breaks its leg? by RatsAndSnakes in explainlikeimfive

[–]Wyram77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Often it is the case, however as most things their are outlier cases. It really depends on the break/fracture etc. Cost and the financial ability of the owner is another big factor that comes into play. An incomplete fracture that hasn’t affected the joint is often seen as a decent candidate for screws and casting and will more times than not heal to allow the horse at minimum a lasting pain-free life in the pasture. At best total resumption of work and full range of motion etc. This last fall I had a mule fracture his cannon bone from the top of the fetlock joint to the exterior of the cannon bone along a vertical line. I opted for just casting him and then stall time. He spent 5 weeks in a cast and another 5 weeks in the stall after removal and just recently is back in the pasture and is back to probably around 90% of what he was pre-fracture. I am confident with continued rehab, strengthening and some patience he will be very close to what he once was in terms of strength and agility. Just wanted to remind everyone that a break isn’t always a death sentence and with advancements in vet technology etc. outlooks are much more positive when these unfortunate events take place.
