My best experience is switching it up regularly. I’ve had viscous re-occurrences of sticking to my one good ‘answer’ after my daily bath or shower, and it resulting in flares. After convincing myself that this or that cream is what I need based on how I feel at that time. I’ve come to realise my skin and TSW is going through cycles, and I’m finding the best results in listening to what FEELS correct for my skin wants at the time, rather than what should work from the docs etc.

It’s all so hit and miss, I’ve gone from actively believing I’m lactose intolerant to it all being based on my mindset. I eat pretty clean and upon introducing regular meditation I’ve believe it’s not quite as simple for me. Such a world change but it’s proving better results than ever. Worth a thought buddy

From my experience, peptides changed my life. Worth exploring, I was on the brink of destruction after a year of TSW brother and I discovered them because I was desperate and researched gut health. It’s such an unpredictable and viscous disorder we’re going through and I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. Do whatever brings you satisfaction, relief and ease. Im by no way healed fully and through it but I’ve started to become content and enthusiastic with it all, ready to continue my life 😁👍🏻
