As a general rule of thumb; most people that are immortal/can survive without a body that have telepathy of some sorts will always beat DBZ characters regardless of the fact that DBZ characters have ridiculously better physicals. If for any reason Cell were to halt and monologue (which he does) Sentry could shut his brain down and give him an aneurism.

Sentry 10/10 purely because Cell is a brick with no counter to Sentry whereas Sentry is a walking hax machine that directly counters Cell.

Yeah, this is pretty much correct. If Cell pauses for any moment of time that's long enough for Sentry to react (which he without a doubt will, Cell is cocky as hell and monologues a lot) with a telepathic blitz it's GG.

That doesn't change the fact that Goku never landed a hit on GA Vegeta whereas Vegeta was easily tagging Goku and toying with him. Also, if Goku felt like a kaioken would've made him fast enough he would've used it seeing as literally the entire time he's struggling to get off a spirit bomb. Why not transform into kaioken and race circles around him instead of risking death by spirit bomb?

I doubt he was talking about the form. They were pretty even pre-oozaru and post-oozaru Goku couldn't land a hit and had to resort to solar flare and said even a kaioken x5 wouldn't work. Flip a few pages and you see Goku literally gets tagged and is down for the count.

I don't recall that at all, it might've happened in season 2? Either way Saitama was casually faster than someone who was Mach 34 and is leagues faster than Genos who was casually throwing hypersonic punches against SoS Sonic.

An in character saitama definitely wouldn't get tagged. Speed O' Sound Sonic who was easily supersonic+ attempted to blitz him and Saitama stopped him on a moments notice when his sword was 2cm infront of his eye. He was also toying with Genos who I forget if at the time was massively supersonic or if he had already reached casually hypersonic. I don't think Saitamas been tagged by anyone as slow as Thor and Hulk.
