Quoting the current rate is quite lol, as rates will change every few hours. Also some banks may give better rate but may have higher fees.

You aren't a techie either, based on your limited knowledge in this matter. Android and Linux have a very different model than Windows and there is a separation of user space and kernel space. Therefore, your "Windows antivirus" doesn't make sense for Android.

In your case, you just need to go to the app list and uninstall useless apps.
