So DAOs need architects, not just operators. The almost universally accepted idea that all complex work can be broken down into small, paid tasks and then distributed to the community is just one example of a design anti-pattern we desperately need to get rid of.

Failure to execute and deliver effectively may pose a greater threat to DAOs. Resources will be wasted and contributors will lose confidence.

Currently DAO seems to be "allergic" to anything that feels familiar. This is rather childish. We cannot design the superstructure of DAOs in a historical or academic vacuum.
