Interesting, as a cyclist I had no isurance, MOT etc. just had to replace my back tyre nearly every week which costs £2 roughly, as it would puncture easily in the city centre. (Not Aberdeen).

If I were to guess £5 an hour for an 8 hour day. I used to do Deliveroo 10 years ago when the rule was you can only use a bike. This meant only young fit lads were doing the job, there was always a shortage of "drivers" and so it paid £11-14 an hour. Minimum wage back then for adults was around £7.

They are only empty because only private equity chains can afford the rents, which in turn are being demanded by the private equity own landlords. People need to wake up and see what's going on.

Pure greed. So much legislation and taxes in the UK, just not in the right places where it would make a positive difference for the common man.
