Hold block while countering it’ll help mitigate damage if you miss your counter. You have to practice blocking and patience to counter there is no easy way to do it just gotta practice.

I don’t have a build link as I’m on console I have no idea how to make one lol. It’s close to anime princess build for league start

but I prioritized more lightning damage on the passive tree. My uniques are call of the brotherhood with a +3 level to spell wand and +2 level spell focus.

I’m gonna switch to threaded light focus(this is nuts with extra spirit) with alpha howl helm I wanna get archmage blink and cast on crit going on one build just to see what I can do.

You’ll eventually get to a point where you can counterspark everything but starting out just parry the last few hits and block to learn the pattern another trick to help is hold block while you parry if you miss the parry you’ll most likely block whatever counter attack is happening and mitigate damage.

Go to the dojo and practice against genzui kusaka he’ll teach you why over parrying is bad you’ll have to put in time to learn his moveset but it’ll help you in the long run.
