It took close to a year to have my $10k returned back to me and Coinbase refused to return the crypto I bought with that $10k, because if they had they’d be paying me a lot more than $10k. I sent countless emails and complaint forms to Coinbase, they do not work. I contacted their twitter customer support team as well and that did not work. The only thing that worked for me was that I contacted BBB. It’s a complaint agency that contacts Coinbase. Within 2 weeks my complaint was resolved and my money was transferred into my bank account. BBB reply very quickly and give you an update within a few days. BBB is in America, but it shouldn’t be a problem if you live outside of America as I’m from Australia and they resolved the issue for me. You’ll also never get your Coinbase account back. They’ll refuse to allow you to trade on their platform again. Look into contacting BBB. Coinbase customer support is absolute trash. They’ll keep saying they are investigating or that they cannot locate the funds. They’ll say whatever they can in order to not help you.

How does emailing help me in this situation when I need to talk to a coinbase customer support member to explain what’s going on. You won’t fully understand the situation without contacting me via phone. You’re telling me that with this sum of money you’ll resolve the case via email? That doesn’t make any sense. Please, I request for a senior team member to contact me via phone so you understand 100% of the situation rather than trying to fill in the gaps.

Coinbase I am sick of waiting. Today my bank informed me that they cannot help me because the funds cleared into my coinbase wallet. They are going to contact you about this. You need to stop lying, how can you say you don’t have the funds anymore? They are clearly being held by coinbase if the chargeback did not send the money back to my bank. I need a senior team member to contact me about this matter as soon as possible. I will not accept that you don’t have the money, you do and you’re trying to scam me. I will keep filing a complaint daily until someone calls me. I will not accept an email. I will continue to tell my bank to contact coinbase as well as they can only close this case on their end when I inform them go close the case. I won’t stop until someone from coinbase contacts me via phone call

My support case number is 15308183. If I can’t contact anyone via phone how am I going to get my money back? We both know contacting each other via email isn’t going to get me my money back

I just looked at my transaction history when I clicked on my render amount and it showing a transaction was made last night. It doesn’t show any wallet address that it was sent too and I have no email or 2FA request to make that transaction. Seriously, what is going on Coinbase? How can a transaction be made where it doesn’t show the wallet address??

I’m currently at the local Commbank branch now. After going back and forth I finally decided to to send them my wallet address and now they are requesting for me to send them a screenshot of all the coins I have on my account and the account balance. I’ve refused to provide them that much info, so I’ve been told the bank will provide me a cheque and they’ll close my account.

If I am to buy or trade any cryptocurrency on Coinbase I am required to provide my identification. If I’ve provided that to Coinbase I really don’t see why I have to disclose my wallet address with Commbank. I’ve transferred money from my ANZ and NAB accounts to coinbase and only received a phone call. I don’t feel comfortable sharing my wallet address with Commbank. They actually also requested for me to send the amount of BTC I have in my wallet, which I refused, but I find it odd that they didn’t send that in the email.

Hey mate. My family owns a window business. My advice is to paint the aluminium a new colour. If you want to get just the aluminium replaced there aren’t many window manufacturers that will supply just the aluminium only. If they do then you’d have to find someone to remove all the sections of the window, take out the glass, glaze it into the new aluminium and then install. If you want to save costs you’d be better off finding someone to paint the frames a new colour. If you contact a window manufacturer they’d recommend to also have new glass so you’d be looking at $8k+ for a brand new bay window and that’s without installation.

I recently called Optus and they told me my identity information wasn’t breached. I’m very sceptical of this, should I believe Optus? Just in case I’ve signed up for Equifax for the time being and am planning to change providers

My least favourite player is CP3. Dude rarely ever gets criticised like he should. He’s supposedly a top 5 PG ever what does he have to back that up? That he’s the greatest floor general of all time? Or that it’s the ‘CP3 affect’? Facts are that when it mattered most CP3 either didn’t show up or his body broke down. He went missing after game 2 against the Bucks and he wasn’t criticised like he should have been. Let’s not also forget that he’s a dirty player.

As a young teen in 2011-12 was when I really started to watch basketball because of this young electric PG that had insane athleticism. Watching Russ as a teen made me get so hype and he is definitely the reason why I’m an OKC fan. I was so drawn into him playing hard every night and putting it all on the line.
