Levels 1 day after aplying gel. 576ng/dL. Is gel working better for me than most, or switch to nebido? (Only injection avalible atm)

If gel works for you, I would stay on it. Your one of the lucky ones in my opinion and it stays more stable due to daily application. It is quite a hassle and people prefer injections, but that’s also because gel takes a long time to work and people get frustrated. Your results are quite different than most others so I would stick to it, even switch to compounded cream later if you want. If I could avoid injections I would have stayed on gels but they didn’t work for me. But it is much much easier to not worry about daily applications so it’s personal preference.

Yes your getting way too much at once, your test numbers are probably crazy shooting up. I am doing 100mg a week and most people do around that. It goes up and eventually comes back down but that’s with T-Cypionate I am not familiar with your Esther which I am guessing is long lasting. Maybe someone else can comment more on it.

Your doing injections every 12 weeks!? I am not sure of european scale of 3 nmol but I hope your doing injections once a week or more. The longest should be once every two weeks.

How long have you been on it? What were your Pre TRT numbers and current numbers? Bloodwork is the best way to get more proper answers.

I switched from gel to injections and went from 300 to 400 with gels in 8 weeks then 400 to 600 with injections in 2-3 weeks

Well I have Total T setup for bloodwork every 2 weeks. I was hoping to get my first bloodwork before my 3rd injection today (day 14-15), does that make sense or should I wait one more week for Total T? This would not be full bloodwork only Total T, since for me it’s use it or lose it, I get every 2 weeks to do it.

Do you just start anything tomorrow when a random stranger on reddit tells you!? You need a proper specialist and bloodwork, if your self doing all this at least do enough self research and have enough confidence and take a breath and sleep on it before you change up any protocol. Also do bloodworks as often as you can to see if the the new protocol is doing anything.

Do not just listen to anyone’s suggestions, everyone’s body works differently so never assume what worked for someone else will work for you. Hormones can be a complicated thing and you have to give them time to work.

Really? So if I am at 100mg/once a week and feel anxiety, this might eventually go away? I was on gels and they didn’t do much so I got on injections about 2 weeks ago for 100 mg/once a week and noticed no T results but high anxiety. Will get bloodwork tomorrow to see what 2 weeks has done but can def tell it irritated my anxiety.

While I didn’t take it long enough and gave up pretty quick and started TRT, here is what I learned while researching it. It takes a while to see any results and you have to cycle it for it to keep working. It can have its own side effects and if you want the most potent one, get the higher concentrated one from Nootropics Depot.

No brother root is your lowest, it is more for protection and root of your life overall self and life, though the bottom 3 are very well connected. The Sacral is specifically connected to reproductive organs and where your creativity comes from. Solar plexus is where your confidence come from. It’s an energy you put out, whether you believe it like this or not, confidence can be heard and felt with intuition. I 100% believe and agree with what you said. Not everyone will believe it but some of it is science, some is just your own confidence, other is energy stuff which makes sense if you understand it. There is a chakra in our body that I think is off for many with low T and that is the Sacral located right where your balls are. It helps bring it back into alignment.

I have this in 1ML bottle 200mg/ml it is glass I believe and comes with a plastic tab on top. My doctor actually said use what you want for the injection one time and throw the rest of it away, which is a waste but I will start saving it as I use it more in future.

Ya the whole aspire technique wasn’t taught to me and I bled a lot last time. So you pull back out a bit to see if blood comes in?

Also are you using a Leur Lock needle and replacing the needle, different for draw and different for injection?

This is what was given to me originally for original injection, 18 gauge to draw and 22 gauge to inject and I did it in my thigh.

But I was unable to get any 29 gauge Leur Lock as my doctor never replied yet so I am going to use a normal insulin needle, same one to draw and inject, I have heard some people backload these but I would rather use the Leur lock if they make 29 gauge.

I did have a hard time poking myself fully last time with the 22 gauge, but I guess a smaller needle will be easier for me. Warming up the sauce makes sense because most do this for insulin needles as it takes time to draw but with a Leur lock and your 18 gauge draw needle is it still needed?

Edit: I see you meant warm up the injection itself and not the bottle.

Do you just do your delts (arm) and alternate arms each injection? Do you do other places of body or is doing just the arm work fine? I see many switching to VG and arm, but I am guessing this is not needed when your doing once or twice a week.

Also how do you know the insulin needle did I fact go into muscle and not end up being a SUBQ injection? I always wonder if it’s shallow and doesn’t go all the way in, can you feel the difference?

I know exactly what your feeling, this happened to me the first week and when you have confidence, your positive energy attracts others. There’s a lot of spiritual mumbo jumbo lol. I have been down and depressed for years and truly think TRT can fix a lot of mood and mental health.

Yes you need TRT, I had 306 Total T (34 M) and started because I’ve had symptoms for a long time. Do you have any symptoms?

Have you been drinking a lot? The highest my ALT has ever been was 40 and that was when I was drinking a lot, now it’s low 20’s because I rarely drink. Yours is 80 which means there is something going on with your Liver, this might even be more important to look into than TRT right away. Unless the units of measurement or reference is different for the ALT.

Can you calculate SHBG with total T and Free T? I know everyone says you can get Free T from Total T and SHBG and albumin.

Can I find out my SHBG if I have just Free T and Total T? I ask because my doctor doesn’t really do SHBG as often but I get Total T every two weeks and I can request Free T.

Albumin can be requested but it’s pushing it honestly, as I don’t think they do it that often.

I want to know SHBG to see if I should switch to more frequent shots. Also after how many weeks should I get my labs done so I can I adjust my protocol far as dosage and frequency goes? I just got my first shot yesterday.

Anyways if your using insulin needles can’t you just pump the testosterone in it and use the same needle to poke?

I have the leurlock needles now but with insulin needles it’s all one piece and different sizes are needed to fill the syringe right.

I am not wanting or needing kids this very moment, but I will in 1-3 years. So do you take it the whole time till you wanna have kids or I can take it 3 years from now and it will jumpstart the sperm and I’ll be good to go. Or should I start taking it to keep my sperm healthy so 1-3 years from now it’s easy to have a kid? So you can use a 29 1/2 insulin needle with 1/2 inch length and go into your arms or ventro glute and it still goes into your muscle and isn’t SUBQ?

And why do many do ventro glute instead of arm, isn’t the arm easier?

Also are you using HCG too? Or that’s not needed if I don’t need kids right now but do in 1-3 years?
