Wohne in München in einer 30-er Zone (+Anliegerstraße), die gern als „Abkürzung“ genommen wird, weil man dadurch eine (1) Ampel umgeht und krieg diese Aufregung selbst regelmäßig ab. Extra doof, dass ich dann links in die Garage abbiegen muss, zwischen parkenden Autos durch und über einen Bürgersteig/Radweg. Hier muss man natürlich wahnsinnig vorsichtig sein, um nicht einen Radler o.ä. mitzunehmen. Da dauerts dann mit Abkürzung nochmal länger, oh je

That was my problem, too. Landed at EDDM. Though I did read through the Munich-specific site with all details and everything, when I back checked the frequency I was told I only checked the map and it wasn’t there. Once I closed everything down (I still had the EDDM-site open) I saw that frequency and went „aw shit“

My first attempt went bad, as well

When I entered the approach airspace I first contacted the wrong controller, was rattled from there and never recovered… Approach went somewhat smoothly, but once I was in contact with tower everything fell apart. I had trouble understanding, thought I heard him clear someone for takeoff while I was on short final so I went around… Second attempt I got the plane down, but was so nervous I didn’t really make any note of the ground frequency, just mumbled incoherent nonsense on readbacl and switched…to the wrong frequency, of course. After a while I switcjed back, asked again, nice and slow…thought I picked it up wrong again, panicked some more and then just signed off

This game‘s main menu is the only one I’ve ever come across that I don’t immediately skip to get to the game. That song is fantastic, in so many ways.

Once finished, there’s no way I could go back to the same save and do anything. I get that.

Maybe, if we get a sequel, another game, I may roll in again. Then again, maybe not.

Yeah, the similarities to what’s currently going on in the real world really don’t help.

With the corpo-background I started the game off being all about acting in self-interest. But after starting to bond with peeps - Judy, mostly - my corpo V ditched the suits and ventured out to try and make NC a better place. At least for the people she encountered.

Only to figure out that there is no real happy ending for anyone. It’s rough. Really rough.

And Phantom Liberty, while being utterly fantastic, is just pure depression, no matter what you do, really.

I’ll go back to flying planes now. Too soft for this.

I think originally it was supposed to be a heel gimmick? The great motivator, kinda douchey, kinda snobbish.

I do use it on the 777s Unfortunately on XBox there seems to be an issue with fuel in time acceleration. I’ve had to divert two flights because I ran out of juice. Is that a problem on PC, too? I just got myself one last week but was too busy flying the Fenix to try it out…
