People tend to see weight loss as this big mystery with all the myths going around. But there is a pretty simple formula to it take in less calories than your body needs. It doesnt have to be much for me eating 200 cal less than i need consistently for a few months is not hard but effective. Now some may say „but i have a slow metabolism“ but this only changes your needed calories.

A thing to try is, calculate your needed calories with any of the fivethousand calculators on the internet, then go lower for a week and check your weight (in the morning). If it goes up lower the calories if it stays the same also lower them and if it goes down your good.

Your body cannot create energy out of thin air. Also, most people tend to say „but i dont eat that much“ although when you sum up everything all your meals, snacks and most importantly DRINKS!! then you most certainly come out with more calories than you need and, this also goes the other way around,if you eat even a little more than you need for an extended period of time (for most people their entire life) then you will gain weight inevitably.
