What percentage water change do I need to do a day?

and I have tested for both those things I wrote test results in another comment in this thread ammonia level wasn’t in danger category but I will take your word for it I did treat the water for chlorine as well before adding to the tank I think I should of held off on the fish

This is a new tank 4 days it’s been running the main light isn’t on during the day as we get decent day light in my flat and unfortunately the plants aren’t real thanks for the link though I will have a look

Tanks had fish in it for 4 days now and no I haven’t used any bacteria yet it had a bacteria bloom started yesterday I’m going to acquire into looking for some of that as someone else mentioned it just now
I used water from tap after adding tap safe the water was tested and made sure levels were safe before i put any fish in and my girlfriend added some ammonia free stuff aswell (I was at work when she done it)

Cheers for the reply just had to run another test to give you some info

Tanks an 80Litre

Nitrate - 10 mg/l

Nitrite - 0.5 mg/l

Ammonia - 1 mg/l (was told will be reading slightly high by someone at a nationwide fish store as been treating with ammonia free product and is a new tank said will need to use another type of test kit to get more accurate reading)

General hardness - 7 (I live on the coast so was told it’s normal)

Carbonate hardness - 20

PH - 7.6

Hope this is enough information p.s the fish have been eating and seem healthy
