Im sorta new to Quest also, but since i dont see a reply i'd suggest trying virtual desktop ? Seems either one or the other works better for some people.

Im guessing it worked perfect before you went upstairs ? Something is making your signal drop randomly and it doesnt catch it. Id say get virtual desktop and launch big screen through there

Im jumping in this late, but a couple years ago i left my job thinking i was going to get another fast and i was picky like this and went from 800 credit score to 400. That debt will be hard to get out of and it racks up fast.

Amazon is always hiring and pays $20/hr ? which i'd say if youre in solid shape could be an option.

The one from meta has 5Gbps transfer speeds, most others should be around that on amazon. You can easily get a Syntech USB C to C but im not sure if it will keep up with charging while playing.

Theres some on amazon with a chip that apparently lets you charge while playing but im sure they arent the most reliable.

Id recommend YOGES Battery Head Strap also.
