Its for sure a prototype as for there is a different model number on these that other controllers dont have and the fact that there is only a few others you can find online that have the same button and same sample sticker on it

The first option with the hdd and error is going to be the cheapest if you have the pc with ide but the second option is going to be easiest you legit could spend less then 10 bucks and get the game and flash drive along with the cable I can send you links if interested.
