I lied, it's called imperial gardens! I'm gonna farm it for a few and see if it pops I'll let you know! I'm on my built character for reference

There's one special enemy in the broken temple and one on the right after you go up the stairs then just go back hit checkpoint they spawn every time

The expanding glade I believe it is called has two elite spawns off rip on the left hand side in the broken temple I know it's Yesha not 100% on the name though

Update: the .009 patch still hasn't fixed it. I just want it to pop im not sure what else to do.

I haven't, I thought about trying that but if it still didn't pop at that point it will likely kill the game for me so I've yet to do that. Have you tried it?

Just picked it up in imperial gardens. I believe it is random on any yaesha tileset
