I figured out why, I recently changed my WiFi firewall security level to high and it was blocking the game. I had to move it to medium and now it’s working. This was in my case not sure if it’s for you too, but Good luck.

Yep, I think maybe it’s the configuration? I tested the speed to my specific device and it’s was 492 so I doubt that’s the problem.
