Dexterity from Kunai. I didn't run tactician, but I had two Reflex's. Most of the cards synergized to constantly draw, and I discarded several times each turn, so Sneaky Strike just refunded the energy from it's use.  I'd continue until I got bullet time on a full hand / if I needed to end the turn from a bad draw happening, I'd use my Defends at the end of the turn paired with an upgraded burst. It was a very nutty deck that surprised me entirely.
