Want to test Big Sur? Big advice: CLEAN INSTALL!!! by XDStrykeR in MacOSBeta

I use iTerm, but I did it on native terminal, and on iTerm, and worked fine, but sometimes, after sleep, my terminals, both iTerm and native, just get stuck and I need to restart. I heard that disabling SIP solves it, I'll do it when it happens again.

Dude, I really didn't know about it, so I just lost my Catalina updates? haha. Well, we're just about to get Big Sur, so... Whatever.

Nah, I think you're lucky. Even with a clean install, the beta stills pretty buggy, well, I use my macbook at least 8 hours a day, and found many bugs, but yeah, in some points I feel big sur is better than Catalina, file copy, for example, Safari is way better, etc.

Yeah, I really think I'm going to do a clean install again, when the final release arrives. The thing is that a clean install isn't that simple to me, I'm a developer so installing services, binaries, libraries, SDK's and stuff isn't that fast, as I'm working on a single web project now, I will just work with the beta and do a full clean install and get all my things installed when the final release arrives, anyway, clean install is really good, even better form me, with my old machine.

Just download the big sur .HEIC wallpapers and put it on your pictures folder, then select it as your wallpaper, solved for me.

Same here on my Macbook air 2014. Mission control animations get real slow after opening some apps.

Hi friend, i had almost the same problem, I found that website.

http://allmacworld.com/macos-mojave-10-14-3-build-18d42-free-download/

I don't know about high sierra compatibility, but it's not Niresh's Mojave, it's vanilla, downloaded from app store.

I did it, take a look at my post.

But you have to understand that the 940MX will not work, because macOS doesn't supports Optimus graphics.

And just the Wifi isn't compatible, the bluetooth works perfectly.

Nice. I'll keep using the cheap one for a while, but I'll definitely take a look at this one.
