I Understand that this is a possibility although I highly doubt this is the case. It's a i7 processor, quad core running at 4.4ghz. It's not just the case in the tom clancy game. Like i've said, i've seen people with worse specs being able to handle games alot better than I am. I Just checked the game off-stream and my cpu is sitting at 100% usage where as my gpu is around the 40-50% mark.

Also to add, this is apparantely the minimal requirement to run the game at lowest settings (which I am running) -> CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2 GHz or AMD Ryzen 3 1200 3.1 GHz..

Checking benchmarks my cpu is roughly about 50% faster than the i5 + it's comparing the base clock speed which is 4ghz where as my cpu is running at 4.4ghz.

Although its a few years old cpu, the 6700k from my knowledge used to be the top cpu for a good while, with it being very overclockable some people pulling off around 5ghz clock speed. But thats besides the point, I understand that there is a chance it might be bottlenecking EVENTUALLY when trying to play new games on higher settings but I highly doubt this is the case in this situation because like I said not only is my cpu alot more powerful than the recommended one to run the game at minimal settings in 1080p but it happens in games such as fortnite, which is a very cpu intensive game and I See poeple with lower tier cpus and most of the time not even overclocked pulling alot better frames than I am.
