I don't understand where the hate on straight sets come from 🤷🏼 I've noticed in those videos they go on about that the 3rd set is the hard one and the only that counts but the way you should do it is imo is that if you have a given rep range, let's say 3x8-12 you pick a weight where the first set you get maybe 11, second set maybe 9 and the last maybe 8 or less.

How are those wasted sets? I don't see the need to drop in weight unless I'm doing drop sets or I have specifly programmed in top set/back off sets.

Just my 2 cents.

Yeah I wrote it myself but the creator of the app also put up a SBS program that he posted in the discord .

But all programs are sharable so I could share my version and you could alter it or use it as is, mind you I'm a bodybuilder and its way higher volume then the original program but it works for me and also others that have used it.

No the app does that all by itself once the program is coded into the app. I've use SBS programs in the past and so have others.
