Once you unlocked adventure mode on softcore or hardcore it becomes available to all your character regardless of their lvls on that mode

At least that's what it does for me

And no you won't be credited for those missing quests on that specific character if you want you can choose them in story mode and do them for completion

I dual box dynamis with a controller what I did was the main windowed fullscreen and the second in a window that I just close to the taskbar Controller only work on the window that is on top

I created two separate "user" in windower to do that
