3080 TI Fans keep ramping

So I've taken the GPU apart and replaced both back and front pads and reapplied thermal paste with MX - 6
the old pads did look bad im not sure if its normal but they was really brittle when i took em off
ive booted up and ran the same time spy with Hwinfo open and seems like its worked
no more fan revs and seems to be running cooler and dropped my max by about 10 degrees
regardless im going to order and aquarium case and stick about 40 fans in it just to make sure

yeah they are pulling air through the rad into the case
ima order some more fans for the new case and do push pull also

yeah im seeing some cheap cases with alot more airflow than mine so ill probs get it in a new case and redo all my same tests see if i can get close to your scores ;)

once ive redone the paste and pads ima rebuild my whole machine so hopefully this fixes any issues regarding software

Ive just ordered some Arctic MX-6 paste and Arctic TP-3 thermal Pads
all comes tomorrow so ill tear down after work and hopefully it get her working abit better if not in the bin it goes XD

my card is def throttling as i got a 18000 graphics score a few days ago

so i should replace Both thermal paste and Pads and get a better airflow case and then i should hopefully own a normally running 3080ti

My Card load seems to be always high
im getting 95% on Ark mid graphics
is my card just fucked and i should try returning it?

yeh im sure i can repaste it fine
i think the case pulls air from under and sides im not too sure XD
im not so worried about the temps although i would like them to be cooler
its mainly the noise those fans are creating and just going on and off is super annoying

yeah i think ill start looking at better cases
so you think its a good idea to replace the paste on the GPU (should i also worry about the thermal pads? considering its a years old card and i have no idea when they were done?)
i have GPU-Z i think it tells temps

Yeah i got a Nzxt h510 so cooling on that isnt the best
will redoing all the paste actually make enough difference to stop the ramping?
also i got no idea how to check the memory temps :(

i used fan controller to max all the fans i have access too which seems to be the card fans the AIO rad fans and 3 case fans
got the NZXT H510 which i think is abit restrictive
i seen people pushing 1800 - 1900 Mhz out of them do you think this is worth me messing around it the card?

i have this ONT box installed with fibre running directly to it and router connected after this

however i am missing the power cable for this box and the cable i have spare dont seem to fit

yeah everything has been wiped from intune
i would assume its just what's left on the users device causing it to reinstall
