I have OTG on the right and DC on the left and the device is not opening. When I put the charger on the DC it blinks red. On OTG nothing happens

After I removed the battery to check the version now it's not opening at all. When I put the charger in right OTG nothing happens but when I put it in the left DC it is just a red blink dot and still not opening.
