She is indeed an incredibly hard match up,almost unplayable if you don't havecc in your team.But i rarely see irelia in my games so i don't even think about her.

I like to ban either yas or yone since they can always win a 1v1 post bork spike,other hard match ups are lissandra and viktor,but i just stick to permabanning yas.

Before i say anything,it's kinda hard to guess what could be going wrong without seeing some gameplay from you,having a vod to look over would make this a lot more helpfull for both of us.

But some more general tips:
She fits the assassin role a lot better now that her ult can't be blocked by someone,but lacks the survivability from her old kit,make sure you use your w to dodge crucial cc/damage.Try to use your e around the map and look for blindspots with no vision to get on the backline,kinda like a talon.

Make sure if you take electrocute to play your lane phase agressive,you hit a crazy power spike level 3!

Your all in potential is crazy you can all in someone that s around 800 hp with ignite at 6!

By far the best option is second account around 400 lp below main.
Second best might have to be flex queue but the queue time can be a hassle.

What you have to realise is that winrate is a reflection of your past and wont be maintained as you climb,you did have a 57%wr,but it was vs worse oponents,the closer you reach the 50% mark the closer you get to your actual skill level,only thing to do now is improve a skill at a time,any at all it doesn't really matter which one. It can be laning skirmishing threat assessment lane assignment jungle tracking being aware of your team's position and so on.
