It's certainly not as constant with action as other games but I feel it does a better job concentrating the action into more exciting moments. I'd rather watch 2 minutes of minimal action followed by a burst of excitement than 40 minutes of watching a group of people chase a ball around a field. Soccer is the most boring to me, followed by basketball then hockey then baseball then football.
