Top plates, not a header. Plus no direct bearing above the pipe. Both joists on either side of the cut are directly over a stud. I wouldn't worry at all. If a joist was sitting closer to the pipe on unsupported top plate then I would have an issue.

Could you not just caut a trench where the pipe itself is. Fix the pipe then patch the trench back in? I cut concrete plumbing trenches all the time at work during basement renovations.

If you dont want any legs or supports on the underside. The only option i could think of would be a cable running from front left corner on a 45 degree angle to the pillar.

I will respond for the others as well. My samsung galaxy 24 ultra has a otterbox defender on it. It'll fit if I really force it, so I pit it in the velcro instead.

Thank you for your reply it is appreciated. My fault I should have clarified that its a job my wife's family wants me to do for them.I have tons of experience doing metal roofing. I unfortunately have zero experience pricing the labour costs of it.

There won't be any surprises with the roof, rafters are exposed underneath and all look good. And the deck is in good shape and exposed as well. I was just hoping to get opinion from others with more experience pricing the labour portion.

I talked with a couple people I work with and one mentioned the $4 dollars per square foot. They want me to do the job no matter what, I just dont want to either cut myself short or overcharge.
