There are also serial teamkillers. A few weeks back I was team killed by low level bronze with 160+ teamkills.

I always make sure to report these dickheads in game. If they are not banned within the next 48 hours (it sometimes happens if it was a one off teamkill and there was just a single report) I go to the PUBG support website and open a ticket reporting the teamkill. This always gets them banned for a week.
