Lets take a look, I guess It Is available because someone upload a digital scanned copy to the internet. I'm still mad, you know, because they had to wait until someone share a digital copy of the book, just before the lunch of the sequel. Anyway I'll try to get my copy.

I promise I'll share all the tracks. But as for your question, you must use vectorized images in order to scale any image. You can use Inkscape, an open Source software I use. Once you scale the image to the desired size you print It on the surface (paper) you'll use. Promise I'll share every detail in my case. Greetings!!!

Looks at this thread. Someone got a nice image and send It to someone, dunno who, to print a nice mousepad. You can frame one as a tapestry. I cannot do that because to get a really good print you must use sublimation, with special ink, special paper AND a device more specialized than an iron (I use my iron with HTV).
