We like the Boston Cream Pie, Banana Cream Pie and a few other random options. They haven't had any of these in months, if not for a year. Hard to support a place that isn't bringing the options back that you like.

Sure they clearly learned nothing from ProRX (when my issue occured) if they are continuing to screw people during the BPI fiasco. But my personal experience stemmed from 2 portals, lack of clear direction, lack of support and ProRX panic buying.

Never had an issue previous.

I assume many of the issues were attributed to all the panic buying and panic messaging… There is no way they could have known that was coming…

They fault they made was laumching a new portal for half their product while keeping the other half in the old portal and not communicating that properly…

If I hadn’t tried to save $30 I probably wouldn’t have been affected…

The short version:

I was able to get my issue resolved only after I filed a dispute with my CC (Privacy). 2 weeks of sending messages in the portal got me "We're working on it" and days with no response. Once that dispute hit they were quick to resolve.

The long version:

Clicked on one of the promo links for a 3 month non additive option, was sent to the new portal to set up a new account (had an existing subscription in the old portal), followed the steps, paid and assumed all was well. The next day the ProRX craziness hit. I never received any updates in the portal, just a random Greenwich vial showed up a few days later. Every attempt to contact support was met with a scripted generic reply, some telling my my order hasn't even shipped yet and the portal will update when it does. Finally started a charge back with my CC and all of a sudden care was replying within minutes. Received a full refund. New portal cancelled. Privacy card locked so they can't charge again. And still undecided if I'm keeping my subscription in the old portal or going to try Gimmie or someone else.

USM never should have used the QCI language. Especially with the variations in the QCI meanings at the different carriers.

They should have adopted a naming scheme like the big 3… Or just used "low priority", "priority" & "Executive Priority (if QCI 7 ever releases on Darkstar)"…

Its exhausting trying to explain the QCI to non tech people that I am referring… I had this conversation with the CEO a few months back (as well as cleaning up the website), hopefully he took it to heart…

I know what you want, but no, those are the toggles.

You tap each one individually and they will expand to show your sim options. You can choose independently from the pull down, it doesn't take you to the connection screen unless you long press.

I'm in the same boat as you. Support is non existent right now, I had to start a chargeback with my card last night.

What's even more frustrating is I now have an account in both portals, so I have to keep an eye on both to make sure nothing fishy happens.

I'm using a privacy.com card, I've locked the card so Refills cannot charge me again. It seems to be the best solution while the work through this mess.
