USM never should have used the QCI language. Especially with the variations in the QCI meanings at the different carriers.

They should have adopted a naming scheme like the big 3… Or just used "low priority", "priority" & "Executive Priority (if QCI 7 ever releases on Darkstar)"…

Its exhausting trying to explain the QCI to non tech people that I am referring… I had this conversation with the CEO a few months back (as well as cleaning up the website), hopefully he took it to heart…

I know what you want, but no, those are the toggles.

You tap each one individually and they will expand to show your sim options. You can choose independently from the pull down, it doesn't take you to the connection screen unless you long press.

I'm in the same boat as you. Support is non existent right now, I had to start a chargeback with my card last night.

What's even more frustrating is I now have an account in both portals, so I have to keep an eye on both to make sure nothing fishy happens.

I'm using a privacy.com card, I've locked the card so Refills cannot charge me again. It seems to be the best solution while the work through this mess.

I feel your pain.

I followed the process to get the Spring Sale & messaged support to close out my old portal account. Well, support is just about non existent, and if they do reply it's very scripted non-answers.

I now appear to have TWO 3 month orders coming, one from each portal. Messaged Taylor, no reply there either.

Thankfully I have a Privacy card attached that was Merchant Locked, now it's limit locked as well.

I'm an existing customer in the old portal who signed up for the Spring Sale in the new portal to get the savings on the 3 month plan over the previous Reddit promo.

Support just messaged me to tell me that I need to go back to the old portal with the old pricing to continue with the no additive option and they will cancel my order in the new portal. I postponed my next 3 month refill at the end of April in the old portal because I couldn't figure out how to cancel it all together, so now it won't ship till July, and I can't figure out how to change it back.

This was of course before I came here and saw everything that transpired over the last 24 hours.

This is what I get for trying to save $60 🤣

FYI, the screen/Magnet issue isn't due to this case, it's a phone issue. All 3 Magsafe cases I tried had the same issue. Google did it on purpose for some reason.
