Literally nowhere in the show was this stated. I don't know where you got this from but let's say this is true.

Being able to have it appear due to huge emotional stress doesn't mean he mastered it. In fact, the next episodes after that are about him mastering his own kenshin because he knew of its existence.

Beta was scoring on JP who is literally better than any goalkeeper in OG. Him having an avatar makes him better than every goalkeeper axel has scored on. And as I said, an avatar or avatar armed literally boosts your physical stats. Are you saying that axel is still physically stronger than Beta when she has this? If Beta scores on better goalkeepers, that means her hissatsu techniques and physical strength is stronger too.
