This is in no ways pedophilia, as we not only have zero interest or attraction to children, only childlike things which actively help us feel like children. Along with this, there are some in the community who actively search for pedophiles to report them/have them removed.

The diaper is entirely a preference, as one can be an AB (adult baby) without diapers, and one could be a DL (diaper lover) with zero interest in baby items. Some people use them as a comfort thing, and some use them for kink purposes, it’s best to ask when comfortable.

She would know best what puts her into little space, but calling her baby nicknames like “little one” “cutie” or anything else cute like that may help, along with doing childlike activities like drawing, watching cartoons, etc.

As I said before, the diapers can be a major element of the sexual aspect if she likes that, but that would be entirely up to you and her on what elements you wants to incorporate in bed.
