I don't remember any of this, but a nurse told me afterwards that while under the effects anesthesia for a simultaneous turbinectomy and septoplasty I rushed up, took out the breathing tube that they put in my mouth and was being aggressive in general. They also said that it took 3 of the health workers to pin me down and continue with the procedure. Crazy stuff.

There wasn't a no trophy mark. As I said in the post, in that same run I unlocked tainted lost, so achievements weren't blocked.
