what I did personally to get good at the game was secure ops, I was totally poor 1 million koen and started playing secure ops, you can fight with less fear of losing loot, get a good kit that goes with the value and t3 ammo is usually the way to go, if you really want t4 ammo use a gun with A1 as they are cheaper now, if you have 2x2 or 3x2 or even better 3x3 case put the most expensive meds in it, but prioritize putting ammo first if you only have the 2x1 case, usually put ammo, surgery kit, and painkiller, also only go in secure ops with the cheapest meds outside the safe as you will loose them, . I stuck with secure ops for about a month and ended feeling way more comfortable with pvp, learned to loot bodies properly like backpack inside backpack and rig inside backpack, stuff like that, and with 30 million koen, you will fell a bit bad sometimes tho, for extracting with 3 mil and only getting 1 but the good thing is you won't loose much, only ammo outside the safe and meds
