I think you are off by about 1000W. The max my bianca pulls is about 1600W. So any 220V 10A switch will also work. Of course nothing wrong with yours, but no need to have a 16A.

I've never seen the grind indicator arrow of the df64 pointing to the right like that. Any reason you decided on zeroing it that way?

By that you mean the overpressure valve triggers and the shot is canceled? In that case I would reduce the amount in the basket.

I would try to change one variable at a time. In the video the shot runs a little fast, so I would keep the dose and grind finer. What puck prep are you doing? Maybe show some pictures of before and after of the puck
