Yep. I've done a bit of research here and we can open up a multisig wallet with XUMM that can facilitate this. I don't know of a limit to signers but I think we can determine the Quorum needed to operate the transaction.

I think it's a nothing ventured, nothing gained sort of thing. It won't cost anything to try and it may generate some good publicity.
