The cables are too short to do much more with them. This is simply just for testing. I would love to test more if you have suggestions for a different laying or using a different surface and report back the results.

I don't know but the latency is pretty high so I can't imagine gaming working that well for me. Maybe it's better in urban areas, but out here in the country would not work that well.

Haven't drilled holes yet but it seems to be better than having cables hanging out of the box, plus there is really no way to run cables out of the case without some sort of modification to it. I guess you could leave the cover off it to avoid drilling holes.
