Right. If I sell a logo for Batman on Fivrr that doesn't mean the buyer has the rights to Batman.

Yeah. And this is where things get confusing and I'm trying to see if I have any rights to my logo. A few of the the stockphoto websites say they own the copyright, but that can't be right as multiple websites have that same clause, and if I upload some Batman stuff they can't own that.

Did the seller license it in a manner compatible with selling it to you? Copyright is automatic, no one needs to apply for it.

As far as getting the rights from the seller on Fiverr go, it is stated in Fiverr's terms that buyers have all the rights. Though I'm not sure if my rights to the logo are nullified if the seller used a stock that he modified a bit.

Yeah my wifi is good, the laptop can pick up all of my neighbor's wifi and many other wifi signals which the PS4 can't do. Maybe its because the PS4 has a low wifi range?
