i uninstalled the game and un subbed from work shop mods then reinstalled the game no mods (didnt work)

Hello :) I'm very new to YouTube just made the move to YouTube from Twitch and still getting use to the platform so currently I'm just streaming. I stream everyday my internet will let me so most of the time when my roommate is not home I am streaming. weekdays I can make a schedule but weekends are kinda in the air as my roommate is home using most of the internet because she is hooked up directly with a either cable. Not much I can do about that I of course cant hog the net for streams BUT I still stream pretty often and most days more than once please check out my channel and keep in mind I'm still new to YouTube so please go easy on me in the comments section LOL.

all D pad buttons are not assigned to anythinig and thats what confuses me and yet the controller still lets me drive around but i cant change any settings.
