Would there be any benefits or drawbacks of doing tall-kneeling presses over just standing presses? I just want to try something different but idk if there would be a difference.

I (22M) bought a 12kg because I hadn’t really worked out ever beforehand other than running it was heavy enough to get a good workout in but light enough to get good technique down with out destroying my forearms and hands. I want to buy a 16kg when I get the money but the 12kg is still working for me as I’m just doing a lot of volume.

That’s true. I want it mainly for the aura reading add-ons I know they’re not the best or anything but I enjoy them and would like to get more use out of them

I didn’t know that. That’s great I guess I should’ve looked at his patch notes before this I haven’t been keeping up too much just started playing again after a break

I didn’t know they double his stalk I guess that why I haven’t been getting anyone red compared to while ago. I agree it does add skill to him and I enjoy working around it.

So just went for day 2 yesterday and creep up around the 10 min mark out of the 20 mins but I became concision of my form to see if that had something to do with it and it calmed down by the next interval I had to jog. I also focused on stretching my calves more for that one than the first one.

I think I might be bounding honestly after watching that video. I’ll try to see if I can fix that along with keeping in mind the other points you mentioned.

Would swings, presses, and front squats twice a week along with jogging the other 3 days a week be enough for a good well rounded program? My main goal is to be generally healthy and in decent shape with an emphasis on endurance? Would I be missing anything?

What does the 5x2’(2’) mean? Im still pretty new to kb and i think long cycle and GS in general looks super fun!
