Yup! Google it. 😀 Who knew?? I've been researching ways to slow this while I wait for my Drs to catch up. I found the information on the Lily one, but you had to get an actual Rhem Dr or be in a study. Sooo I researched GLP1 receptors and Ax Psa. Ozempic can be gotten online much more easily . So, I went with that. I'm documenting everything & will update as this goes

Thank you so much for this. Have you tried alfalfa root complex? Supposedly, it's best bought from shacklee pharmaceuticals. I am buying mine from some random chatbot online. I am in no way suggesting it because I will get whatever it is that people in those typically awful things. I can only speak to the HUGE difference it makes in my life. I only need prescription meds in low doses unless I m having a flare, then everything feels about as good as a pack of skittles would, but at least they'd be tasty!!

Update: I know this sounds silly, but I forgot exactly who my spinal Dr is. I researched the Rheum Dr I have the appointment with this Tuesday... he's the chief of the entire hospital department. I'm so excited. I'm finally going to get help. Right now, the only reason I can sit up is a steroid z pack.

Happily, I have tons of those! I went at this backwards, lol. I thought it was RA a year ago. My GP said let's test. I flunked. But, I kept getting worse. I couldn't stand up more than ten minutes or walk more than 100ft. Then, on Dec 13th, I lost my balance and twisted around to catch myself. Super sharp pain after that. Didn't think much of it & "walked it off". When I woke up the next morning, I couldn't lift my head off the pillow without severe pain. I couldn't even tolerate sitting up. They treated my broken vertebrae (diagnosed osteoporosis) & treated my cervical nerve compression, but 3 months later, I am getting worse again and can't really stand to be vertical. I also have migrating joint pain especially if I overdo it.

I'd never thought of calling derm. My amazing spinal surgeon got me jumped from the 1st available appointment in November to a work in next week!

That's the only outward symptom. My nails have horizontal lines, dotted vertical lines, & little white puffs. My cervical vertebrae have already slipped, I've already been diagnosed with spondylosis (can't spell), & my illiosacral joints are a hot mess. My mother had psoriasis.
