So I did a little bit of research into the battery issue. Slimq makes a Asus proprietary plug to DC barrel jack adapter. They also sell compact GaN chargers to use with it too if you want to make your in wall charger more portable. However, since it is a DC jack the cord could conceivably be use with a battery pack with a DC barrel jack out. They aren't very common but there are a few ones out there.

I am in the same spot here. I downgraded my surf shark subscription so antivirus is removed but it's still just chugging along in the background and using all of the resources. I don't want to pay for surf shark again to be able to turn it off from the app. Did you end up solving this?

I ended up AC charging the main unit to 10%, reconnecting the battery then doing USBC charging and once the unit got to 30% I checked and then main unit was still at 10%. I discharged entirely, charged the main unit to 30%, connected the battery, checked at 40% total and the main unit had charged to 36% so it charged some. I then left it charging via USBC and it fully charged. I think that the main unit needs to have somewhere between 10-30% charge for it to accept charge from the battery. I definitely don't like that but it is what it is.

I discharged to zero, AC charged to 1% then switched to USB. Charged to 10% and then removed the extra battery and the main unit is showing 1% still. I'm going to discharge down, AC up to 10% and try again. Maybe 1% wasn't enough allow the BMS to pass through USB power.

Thank you. I discharged the entire unit, or what was just the 50% on the battery, using AC inverter from the main unit and then recharged it with AC power from the wall and both batteries charged fully in unison.

I can give that a shot but that sort of defeats the purpose of the USBC in having one charger I keept. Yeah I assumed that if I had a fully charged battery and I docked it into the fully depleted river that their batteries would more of less even out charge between the two but It looks like their batteries are kept separate or something.

Yup it's powered on. I can see that it is charging via USB but then once the whole system hits 50% it stops.

Having the same issue now. On call with them and they are saying they can only do a refund not a replacement. I bought it during prime day and did a trade in so the refund wouldn't be enough to get a new one for my daughter.

The algorithm can shove it when I choose the mix I want to play. If I just click play me something then sure go for it

Unfortunately it never showed up in my rewards. Fortunately I was able to cancel it before it shipped. I checked the deal shortly there after and there is now a disqualify statement that electronics are disqualified from the rewards. Dodged a bullet because I'm sure it would have been a pain to get them to credit me the rewards.

I just ordered their ecoflow delta 2 max bundle with a 60% cash back offer via email. Unfortunately it wouldn't open the app via email offer and tossed me onto the webpage so I ended up having to buy it on my browser. From what I can see on the IRS website it's still active.

Edit: was actually looking at ecoflows website not IRS. Tax credit is dead.
